 Once, when I needed a plumber, I was lucky enough to be referred to Precise Contractors. The plumber they sent was knowledgeable, personable and fixed my leaky faucet quickly. In 2013, I found out just how professional Precise Contractors, or the Dream Team as I called them, I was. was living in America and I had a tenant who trashed the house and didn't pay rent for months. The "Dream Team" stepped in quickly and, including a loft conversion, renovated the entire property to a very high standard. 

The result of that renovation is evident by the happy tenants I've had in the house since, plus minimal call outs due to their excellent workmanship.

Precise Contractors are the best and I continue to use them to maintain my rental properties to this day.

I wanted to renovate my kitchen and got in touch with Pat from Precise Contractors, who I used 10 years ago as well when I first moved into my flat.

The work included ripping out the old kitchen, knocking down walls and the new refit with flooring and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Pat was always available through the process to make sure everything was on track, any issues were dealt with without delay.

From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and communicative. One thing I usually am nervous about builders is that they don’t clean up as they go or take care of your home, however the team were amazing and cleaned up with care every day.

We were introduced to Pat from Precise Contractors when we decided we wanted to demolish an old utility and garage and have a new utility room, shower and bedroom in its place. We ended up being on a very tight deadline due to issues with planning permission and our impending wedding, but Pat assured us he would throw all resources at our project and he did just that. Everything was completed to an extremely high standard in just 8 weeks! The team were all friendly and professional and i actually miss their friendly faces now the job is complete.
